1. Does KidsDreamFactory have insurance?

Yes, we have full public liability insurance.

2. What age range is suitable for Sleepover tents?

We would suggest from 5 years up to any ages!  If you would like to book for children over 10 years, we would supply larger mattresses if required.

3. How much space do I need for the tents?

The dimensions of each tent are approximately 46 inches long x 41” wide x 4” high. We are able to arrange the tents in many different ways to make them fit. If you are unsure, please let us know the space dimensions available and we can figure out how they will fit in your space. For our Plush Deluxe Mattress the dimensions are 47 or 61 or 75 inches long x 38” wide x 4” high. We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents.

4. How soon should I request a booking for my sleepover?

We prefer that you book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. Payment of a 50%  deposit secures your preferred date and theme. We request that your final count of attendees be as accurate as possible, however the final numbers can be confirmed as late as 7 days before the event.

5. What is the booking procedure?

Click on to our booking button on our website and fill out the booking form. We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of hours or the next day latest. We will confirm your booking via email. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

6. I provide a breakfast tray, does that mean children can eat in the tents?

Small snacks and sweets which may just produce crumbs are not a problem however we do ask that you be mindful of any types of food or drinks that could cause stains on the bed linens or tents. We provide breakfast trays to encourage children to eat any midnight snacks or drinks from the tray rather than eating or drinking inside the tents.

7. How are the Tents cleaned?

After each event all bedding is laundered using hypoallergenic detergent. Mattresses, decorative pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned. 

How it works

1. Pick Your Date. Pick Your Package.

Choose which package you would like to start creating your dream sleepover. Fill out our booking form and we will respond as quickly as possible, usually within a couple of hours or the next day latest. We will confirm your booking via email. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

 

2. Your Tent Party Consult.

A couple of weeks before your sleepover we will touch base. At this point we will discuss times, share with you our ideas and check if you require any extras. We will remind you that full payment is required 7 days prior to party date.

 

3. We Deliver. We Set Up & Style. We Collect.

Sleepover day! We will arrive at the agreed time and set everything up. We will show you how things work and sign all the necessary paperwork. Then we leave you to enjoy your party.

 

4. Enjoy Making Memories.

The day after the party we will arrive at the agreed time and pack all the sleepover stuff away.
