1. How do I book a sleepover party with Kids Dream Factory?
Booking your magical sleepover experience is easy! Simply visit our Book a Party page and complete the booking form. One of our friendly booking managers will get in touch shortly to go over the details and help secure your preferred party date.
Important: Your party date is not officially reserved until you receive a confirmation from us.
2. What happens after I submit the form? Once we've connected with you, you'll receive a deposit request. Your reservation becomes official once the deposit is paid. This secures your selected date and guarantees the number of teepees you need for your party.
3. What is your cancellation policy for teepee party bookings? At KidsDreamFactory, we know that life happens and sometimes plans need to shift. Here’s everything you need to know about canceling or rescheduling your teepee sleepover party:
Cancel more than 4 weeks in advance: No worries! If you cancel at least 4 weeks before your scheduled party date, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancel within 4 weeks of your event: Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event. This is because we begin preparing your custom setup well in advance.
Can I reschedule my teepee party? Absolutely! We understand things come up, and we’re happy to help.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, but we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
Your original payment will be applied to your rescheduled party—no need to pay twice!
Please note that original services booked may not be alterable when rescheduling.
One-time free rescheduling: You can reschedule your event once without any extra charge.
4. Are There Any Deposits or Extra Fees? Yes, to secure your party reservation with Kids Dream Factory, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Free delivery is available in Naples, FL and Bonita Springs.
For Marco Island, Estero, Ft. Myers & Cape Coral we have a delivery fee of $35.
We also deliver to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and surrounding areas for an additional travel fee.Priority Delivery or Pickup: If you're unavailable during our standard delivery or pickup times, extra charges may apply for priority scheduling.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Please check our Terms & Conditions for details on fees related to damaged, lost, or stained party equipment.
5. What areas do you serve?
We are based in Naples, Florida, and proudly serve surrounding areas including Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Marco Island, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. Additional travel fees may apply outside of Naples and Bonita Springs.
6. How big are the tents and teepees?
Our sleepover tents are designed with fun and comfort in mind! Each tent is approximately 4.5 feet wide and 4 feet tall—perfect for cozying up with friends. When you include the breakfast tray in front, you'll need about 6.5 to 7 feet of total length per tent. Prefer teepees? No problem! Our charming teepees have similar dimensions, with a height of around 5.8 feet, offering a whimsical and roomy sleepover setup.

Can you fit the tents in my space?
Yes! We can arrange the tents in a variety of layouts to match the size and shape of your room—whether it's a living room, bedroom, or open play area.

Getting Ready for a Speedy Setup 🕒
How should I prepare the area for setup?
Great question! To make sure setup goes smoothly, here’s what we ask:
Clear the space where the tents will go—move any furniture or toys out of the way.
Keep pets in a separate room during setup. We love furry friends, but they can slow us down.
Ensure easy access to the setup area, especially if it’s upstairs or in a tight space.
The more prepared the space is, the faster we can get everything ready for your magical sleepover!
Note: A small $150 fee may apply if there are setup delays due to tight spaces, cluttered rooms, or areas not being ready at arrival.

7. How much space is needed to set up the outdoor glamping tent?
Our outdoor glamping tent is a spacious 16-foot bell tent with 190 square feet of interior space and a 9-foot center height. For a smooth setup, please provide a flat, clear area that is at least 25 feet in diameter to allow for proper staking and easy access.
8. Is there a service charge added for tipping the staff?
No, we do not add a service charge. Gratuities are optional and always appreciated. Your satisfaction and feedback mean the world to us!
9. Do you set everything up and take it down?
Yes, we take care of the full setup and breakdown - exept for the DIY sleepover party booking - so you can enjoy the party stress-free.
10. What age groups are your setups suitable for?

11. Are the linens laundered between uses?
Yes, all our linens are professionally cleaned by Tide Cleaners after each use to ensure they are fresh, hygienic, and ready for your event.
12. How It Works?
Choose Your Date and Package
Start by picking your sleepover date and the package that fits your vision. Then fill out our quick booking form. We'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within a few hours or by the next day at the latest. For the best availability, we recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance.Let’s Chat About the Details
A week before your event is, we’ll check in to confirm timing, go over ideas, and see if you’d like to add any extras. We’ll also remind you that the final payment is due five days before your sleepover.We Deliver, Set Up, and Style Everything
On the day of your party, we’ll arrive on time to set everything up and bring your (sleepover) party vision to life. Once everything is styled and ready, we’ll walk you through the setup and go over any final details.We Come Back to Pack It All Away
The next day, we’ll return at the scheduled time to take everything down and tidy up. All you have to do is enjoy the memories.
